Effective from 01 July 2011, all registered BAS Agents were required to have Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) that meets the Tax Practitioners Board’s (TPB) minimum requirements. The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) are currently active in auditing mandatory insurance requirements.
